Snack Time!

What’s your favourite snack? I have too many to count and ever since Thanksgiving, I’ve just been into food lately. Why not blog about it?

I love cheese, so much so that I’m pretty sure I’ve developed a lactose problem! Anywho, remember the lunchables your mom packed you as a kid? How about those with a twist.

I’ve tried to give up bread in hopes of a snatched waist so I eat crackers from time to time (aren’t those high in carbs too?!). Lol I’ve tried to give up carbs and fail every time.

So, my snack is:

  • Take any slice of sandwich meat (I used turkey) tear it into 4 pieces
  • 4 crackers
  • 4 pieces of cheese
  • 4 extremely thin cut pieces of tomato
  • A dap of Dijon mustard on each cracker

So you get the drift, piece of meat on each cracker, add cheese, tomato and the mustard and voila! Simple and easy snack, tastes so good!
